There's things I like and there's definately things I don't, most of the pages here show things I like, so to even it out a bit I thought I'd spew out the proverbial bile of things that really piss me off!
This contains people, places, products and anything else i can think of, its my twisted opinion, if ya don't agree then please feel free to ignore me, I'm just on one! If you agree then good, at least i'm not alone......

E.S.F.
Ecole d' Ski Francais suck. They won't let anyone non french teach in their country, they frequently beat up or have arrested instructors of other nationalities. They often do not speak any other language, giving long complex instructions in french, then turning to any English speaking clients and saying 'Ok, we go down now'. Their style and technique is still stuck in the late 80's early nineties with short turns, mirrored by the equvelency slalom test(when slalom is the most relevent of disciplines in skiing anymore). The instructors are often arrogant and will leave beginner clients halfway up a hill just to try and race someone on nice skis(He lost too, by the way). ESF this middle finger is for you!

Rossignol
I once went into a ski shop in Meribel which had cross sectioned bits of skis on a shelf so you could see the constructions of various manufacturers. After this I could not even look at anything 'Rossi' without grimacing! Their sample was the most shoddy piece of workmanship I have ever seen! The foam core was of uneven density laterally, cracked and crumbling, the edges looked like they were made of old tuna-tins and the top sheet was the crappiest glass laminate ever. Then I skied the Bandit xx and the 9x. Oh, boy! They were like skiing a bit of chip board, they didn't want to turn, they felt flat as hell and they were some of the heaviest skis i have tried. oh and the boots are supposedly foot killingly painful. No thankyou Rossignol.(however Gordy Peifer is one of the greatest skiers so he must have found something good about them!)

Piste Map liars!
Resorts that claim a run is a certain difficulty, in the scale: easiest-green, intermediate-blue, advanced-red, expert-black. However some resorts but blacks on their map just to entice better skiers to come to the resort(the blacks often being no harder than the blues in the same resort!). Other resorts just clearly guess the difficulty and your left walking down the side of a run with someone who thought the run was supposed to be blue but was really a red!
